| Research Abstract |
本研究では、知的財産取引としてのライセンシング・アライアンス、及び技術集約的な産業に焦点を当て、いかなる要因で取引が行われているのか、技術集約的な産業での供給・投資活動がどういったパターンで行われているのかについて明らかにした。企業レベル及び製品レベルのデータを用い実証分析を行った。企業の研究開発や各国の知財保護の強度が海外との知的財産取引を進展させ、また、企業の組織形態が供給パターンに影響する点を明らかにした。
