Research Abstract

本研究成果は数編の論文とWorking Paperのかたちで纏めた。学会発表は少なく、むしろ小規模の研究会で専門分野に近い諸先生方からアドバイスやコメントを頂く方に力点を置いた。実際のところ、研究を進めていくなかで、当初想定していた以上に多方面からのアプローチが必要と考えるようになり、結果的には問題関心も多様化した。研究成果としては、中国の銀本位制とともに、20世紀初頭の香港における銀本位制の特徴や19世紀後半の国際的な銀価格低落期のイギリスの複本位制論争についても研究した。
