| Research Abstract |
研究開発投資の質的深化による技術の質の向上と市場評価のダイナミズムは、構造改革を促す企業のインスティテューションにより循環する。ポスト情報化社会におけるこのダイナミズムは、企業組織の慣性などの阻害要因によりIT技術の活用面などで不効率化。この打開策として、組織を超越した技術の市場価値創造が肝要であり、この技術の市場価値創造は、外部資源の有効活用を通じた、本来的優位性を有する製造技術とITの革新・活用との相互補完的関係の構築によってもたらされる。
