| Research Abstract |
経営倫理教育においては、単に経営倫理の知識を身につけるだけでなく、その受講者が経営の実践において倫理的な意思決定を行なうような教育が目指される。本研究においては、経営倫理学の体系的な教科書をまとめ、その中で日本の現状に基づいたケースとその使用法を解説し、知識のみならず倫理的な態度を習得するためのひとつの指針を提示した。また複数の書籍、論文、学会において経営倫理全般の研究を整理、深化させ、その教育の具体的な実践手法について発表した。
