| Research Abstract |
本研究では、これまでの経営学研究の歴史展開過程を、特に主要な学説に焦点をあてて、その学説の哲学的・方法論的基盤にまでさかのぼって批判的に考察した。その過程で確認したことは、以下の3つである。
第1に、経営学史には、(1)「科学としての経営学」を指向する主潮流(知識経営論の系譜)と、(2)それに加え、むしろ経営哲学研究の重要性を強調する系譜があること、第2に、現代文明が抱える(1)自然環境問題、(2)文化多元性の問題、(3)人間性の問題といった諸課題の生成に「科学としての経営学」(=知識経営論の系譜)が重要な役割を果たしてきたこと、そして第3に、現代文明の諸課題を克服するために、改めて経営哲学の構想・体系化が要請されること、である。
