| Research Abstract |
競争と協力のゲームとしてのビジネスゲームについて、ファシリテーターの立場から、協力行動を支援する教材、システムとその導入について考察を行い、その結果を踏まえて、生産、取引、販売フェーズのあるビジネスゲーム型CoCoゲームを開発した。限られた資金を、どのフェーズにどれだけ割り振るかということを戦略の焦点とするゲームである。戦略には多様性がみられ、ひとつのフェーズのみを行う分業行動も見られた。
