| Research Abstract |
研究開発ネットワークがそれぞれの国と地域、また、国境を越えてどのような形で技術変化と制度形成に貢献できるか、国際比較によって分析を行った結果、質の高い学術研究を行うという従来から要請されてきた役割に加え、積極的に社会と連携することによって社会的課題を解決するという大学に課された新しい役割が実現可能であることが確認された。地球環境問題など、ステーク・ホールダー間の利害が簡単に一致しない社会的課題において、技術変化の方向性と速度に関する調整役として、学識と中立性を期待される大学研究者が果たす役割は大きい。
