| Research Abstract |
現代の企業経営に不可欠なフロントラインでの組織学習活動に着目し、それを促進するための管理会計システムの設計問題について明らかにした。フロントラインでの組織学習を前提とした組織は、これまでの財務計画を主要なコントロール手段として重視し、集権的なマネジメントに依拠した伝統的な組織とはその運営の方針が異なっており、管理会計システムもその理論が生成した当初とは異なった役割期待を担っていることが明らかとなった。
