| Research Abstract |
高校生・大学生のフリーターに対する様々な意識を明らかにすることができた。特に、タイプ別(夢追い型・無目的型・不本意型)、年齢別にフリーターへの意識を測定したことによって、高校生・大学生の変化にとんだフリーター観を明らかにすることができた。また、脅威アピール手法、自己説得手法をもちいたフリーター抑止説得を検討し、特に脅威アピールが有用であることが明らかとなった。これらの知見は、高校・大学におけるよりよいキャリア指導の実現に貢献できるものと思われる。
