| Research Abstract |
交通事故や違反により行政処分を受けた運転者への効果的な対策を提案することを目的として、以下の研究を行った。交通事故・違反歴に基づき処分者の問題行動を分類し、飲酒運転者に着目することとした。次に、飲酒運転者を含めた行政処分の対象者に行われている運転適性検査の教育ツールとしての問題点を示すとともに、飲酒運転者の抱える問題の一端を心理学的観点から分析、考察した。最後に、より効果的と考えられる飲酒運転の再犯防止策について提案を行った。
