| Research Abstract |
瞬目反射条件づけは、小脳と海馬を必要とする課題である。この課題における消去の脳内機構を調べる前段階として、条件づけの獲得・保持に関わる小脳の役割を検討した。小脳核にGABA_A受容体のアゴニスト・ムシモール(MSC)とアンタゴニスト・ピクロトキシン(PTX)を投与して、瞬目反射条件づけを行った。学習前の動物に薬物を投与した獲得条件、学習した後に薬物を投与した保持条件の両方において、MSC投与とPTX投与はどちらもこの学習の獲得と保持を有意に障害した。一連の結果は、小脳核のGABA_A受容体が瞬目反射条件づけの獲得と保持に重要な役割を果たしていることを示している。
