| Research Abstract |
近年、各学校に環境条件に対応した経営ビジョン形成を求める動きが全国的に強まる中、実効性あるビジョンの内容やその形成手法の解明が課題となっている。本研究では、日本の小・中学校に焦点を当てて経営ビジョンの策定実態とその課題について分析するとともに、事例研究を通じて、経営ビジョン形成過程やそこで用いられた手法について考察した。
