| Research Abstract |
ヒト代謝物質の濃度は,健康状態を反映して増減する.従ってこれら物質の精確な計測技術の確立は,迅速簡便な健康診断や病態診断に役立つ.本研究では,呼気から排出される揮発性有機化合物,尿中の微量金属をターゲットにした分析法の確立を目指した.その結果,呼気中ホルムアルデヒドの計測技術を確立し,また,尿分析への適用には至らなかったが,糖尿病に効果があるといわれる環境水中のバナジウムの計測技術を開発した.
