Research Abstract

液体クロマトグラフィーシステムや分析チップ内に陽極酸化アルミナ薄膜を分離カラムとして設置,へプタン-エタノール混合溶離液,アセトニトリル-水混合溶離液および水溶離液を用いて溶質の分離を行なった。また,陽極酸化アルミナに対する溶質分子の吸着挙動を評価した。本研究の結果,陽極酸化アルミナの細孔は液体クロマトグラフィーや分析チップ等の分離カラムとしての機能することが示された。
