| Research Abstract |
研究の全体構想である「グリーンケミストリーに基づいた新しい完全不斉合成」を確立するために、
1. 疎水性不斉空間を有し、水媒体中で機能を発現する光学活性有機分子触媒の合成
2. 水媒体中におけるアトムエコノミー100%の立体選択的炭素-炭素結合反応の構築
を達成し、全体構想の礎を築いた。これは温和な反応条件下、100%収率・化学・位置・立体選択性、副生成物・共生成物0%、有害・危険物質を使わない理想的かつ安全な不斉合成への第一歩と言える。
