Research Abstract

65歳以上の人口が国内総人口の1/5を占める今日,生活習慣病を煩う患者数が年々増加の一途をたどっている.特に糖尿病患者の割合が大きく深刻な社会問題となっている.この問題を解決するため本研究では,微量の血液で血糖値を手軽に検出できる電界効果型グルコースセンサ(血糖値センサ)の開発を行った.センサの母体材料には生体適合性の高い酸化マグネシウム亜鉛を用い,グルコースの検出にはグルコース酸化酵素を用いた.最終的に,グルコースに対する検出速度が20秒以下,検出可能範囲が0〜5mg/cm3のセンサを開発することに成功した.
