| Research Abstract |
スナヤツメから3種類のRhスーパーファミリー遺伝子の塩基配列を決定した。そのうちの1つは、他の脊椎動物のRHBGと、また、残りの2つは他の脊椎動物のRHCGとそれぞれクラスターを形成した。一方、ナメクジウオからは2種類の遺伝子の存在が示され、これらは3'UTRに大きな構造的差異があった。系統解析から、これらはナメクジウオの系統で独自に重複したと考えられた。さらに、Rh遺伝子スーパーファミリー全体の進化解析も行った。
