Research Abstract	タンパク質は多数のアミノ酸が繋がってできた直鎖状の高分子であり,正しく折りたたまれることによって機能を獲得する.本研究では,タンパク質の折りたたみを介助する因子として最近同定されたHsp110の分子機構の解明を試みた.その結果,Hsp110は,折りたたみに利用されるHsp70によるATPの加水分解反応を促進する因子の一つであることが明らかとなり,その立体構造の決定によって作用機序のモデルが得られた
