Research Abstract

セントロメア蛋白質の消失は染色体の配置変化をもたらす。本研究ではセントロメア蛋白質消失の分子機構について解析をおこない、セントロメア蛋白質群が染色体配置変化の際に複合体単位で異なる挙動をすること、セントロメア蛋白質の消失にはフェロモンシグナル伝達経路が必要であることを明らかにした。さらに、全遺伝子の発現プロファイルを解析しセントロメア蛋白質が局在消失する際にのみ発現する遺伝子群を同定した。
