Research Abstract

マツノザイセンチュウからセルラーゼ、ベータ1,3グルカナーゼおよびペクチン分解酵素など、数種類の細胞壁分解酵素遺伝子を単離した。組み替えタンパクを大腸菌または酵母を用いて作成し精製した後、生化学的な性質を明らかにした。また、マツノザイセンチュウへのRNA干渉法を検討し、有効な誘導法についての知見を得た。
