| Research Abstract |
スギの雄性不稔形質に関連する遺伝子を探索するため、既知の雄性不稔遺伝子と相同なスギ遺伝子を解析するとともに、雄性不稔個体と正常個体の雄花で発現する遺伝子の網羅的解析を行った。スギ遺伝子の網羅的解析には、既知のスギEST情報を利用して作製したDNAマイクロアレイを用いた。原因遺伝子の特定には至らなかったが、雄性不稔に関連する遺伝子を絞り込むことができた。
