Research Abstract

分子動力学的手法により、膜および膜タンパクの構造ダイナミクスに関する研究を行った。主に水チャネルであるアクアポリンを対象に水銀による水分子透過阻害機構解明を行うことにより、水分子透過制御機構に関する研究を行った。本研究の成果は、膜および膜タンパク質に興味のある生化学研究者および理論的研究者が抱いている、膜および膜タンパク質に関する謎の部分の解明役立つことを期待される。
