Research Abstract

当研究室において解読された病原性放線菌ノカルジア全ゲノム情報を基盤として、ノカルジアの宿主細胞感染に関与する因子の同定を試みた。候補因子の遺伝子破壊株および遺伝子相補株を作製し、野生株と比較した結果、マクロファージ様細胞の炎症性サイトカインの産生を撹乱する因子とマクロファージ様細胞に対する細胞障害性およびマウスに対する病原性に関与する因子を同定した。
