Research Abstract

予後不良な経過をとるMLL遺伝子再構成を有する11q23転座型白血病において、Rapamycinの抗腫瘍効果およびその機序を検討した。MLL遺伝子再構成を有する白血病細胞株において分化誘導能、アポトーシス促進能、細胞増殖抑制能がみられたが、MLL遺伝子が正常な細胞株と同程度であった。さらに、他の抗がん剤との相乗効果を細胞増殖能およびアポトーシス誘導能で検討したところ、付加的効果が得られた。
