Research Abstract	早産児において、胎児期や出生時の炎症によって脳性麻痺などの危険性が高まることが指摘されている。炎症によって、体内でサイトカインとケモカインという物質が上昇し、神経系の発達に影響することが考えられる。そこで、1500g未満の極低出生体重児の発達とサイトカイン・ケモカインの検討を行った。結果は、出生時にCXCL8が上昇し、出生後1か月時にCCL2が上昇不十分であることが、3歳時の運動発達に影響することが考えられた。
