| Research Abstract |
精神科疾患においては調査者に印象によって症状が捉えられることが多く、目に見える尺度が少なかった。そこで患者に痛みがなく、専門的知識を必要とせずに簡単に唾液を使いうつ病によって変化する脳内物質と抗うつ薬の体内濃度を測定することを可能とした。また、これら値が抗うつ薬の選択と治療効果の判定に有用であることの一部を示した。
