| Research Abstract |
パニック障害患者を対象としてパロキセチンによる治療(2週間)を行い、パロキセチン血中濃度と初期治療反応性の関係について検討を行った。重回帰分析により治療反応性に影響を与えている因子の分析を行ったところ、症状改善率とパロキセチン血中濃度との間に有意な負の相関がみられた。甲状腺疾患においてパニック障害様症状がみられることから、甲状腺機能と治療反応性との関連について解析したところ、治療前血中TSH値が正常範囲内で高いと治療反応性が良いことが判明した。
