Research Abstract

救急集中治療領域において人工呼吸を含む機械的換気を肺に施すと、サイトカインを含む炎症性メディエータが放出されるが、この研究では気道の粘膜上皮を覆うムチンの一種であるMUC2が気道内圧の変化で影響を受けるかをHSP(熱ショック蛋白)70とともに検討した。結果として、気道内圧が上昇するとともにHSP70の増加は見られたが、MUC2は増加傾向にあるものの今回の研究では有意な変化は認められなかった。
