| Research Abstract |
セルトリ細胞によるアポトーシス精子形成細胞の貪食を阻害により精子数が減少することから、「貪食依存に発現誘導される精子形成促進因子」が存在するとの仮説を立て、この検証を試みた。その結果、アポトーシス細胞を貪食したセルトリ細胞で発現量が顕著に増加する遺伝子Aが見出された。現在、AもしくはAが発現や機能を制御する分子が精子形成を促進させるか否かを検証中である。
