| Research Abstract |
マウス卵において、ユビキチン加水分解酵素(UCHL1)がメッセージレベル、およびタンパクレベルで多量に発現していることを明らかにし、このタンパクが減数分裂再開に関与している可能性を明らかにしたとともに、老化によりU CHL1mRNA のtotalRNAに占める割合が成熟卵子で低下することを明らかにした。
