Research Abstract	頭頸部扁平上皮癌において、遺伝子変異(Exon20でのSNP)とEGFR蛋白およびEGFR mRNA発現量がEGFR阻害剤であるgefitinibの感受性への効果予測因子として関連している可能性が示唆された。また、gefitinibとHER2阻害剤であるtrastuzumabとの併用効果に関しては、幾つかの細胞でgefitinib単剤と比較して2剤併用による感受性の増強が認められた。
