Research Abstract

1) Protease Activated Receptor (PAR)-2およびPAR-3は慢性副鼻腔炎の病態に関与している可能性が示唆された。特に炎症性細胞種とそれぞれのPAR-2・PAR-3の発現率の違いが慢性副鼻腔炎の病態に大きく関与していると考えられた。PAR-2およびPAR-3をターゲットとした慢性副鼻腔炎の治療戦略の可能性が示唆された。
2) 鼻副鼻腔炎において真菌や黄色ブドウ球菌由来抗原量に違いを認め、好酸球炎症の誘導に寄与している可能性が示唆された。
