| Research Abstract |
生体組織に近い人工角膜構築のためには、組織にもともと存在する細胞を用いることが望ましく、また、恒常的に安定な細胞の供給のためは組織幹細胞の分離・培養法の確立が必要である。我々は実験動物(マウス)を用いて、角膜実質内に組織間細胞が存在している事を明らかにし、また、その培養法を確立した。
