Research Abstract	口唇口蓋裂患者の経年的心理状態の変化、修正手術前後での自己評価や患者QOL、自尊感情を明らかにするため、体験・満足度とメンタルヘルスに関するアンケート調査を行い統計的検討を行った。結果:患者は幼少期から苦痛な体験を感じ、その体験後に疾患の告知をされる傾向にあること。メンタルヘルスは低下しており、また手術の結果がメンタルヘルスに関与していることがわかった。早期からの心理社会的介入の必要性が示唆された。
