Research Abstract

保存修復治療が再治療となる原因の一つと考えられる象牙質コラーゲンの加水分解を最小にする接着システムは,コラーゲン分解酵素の活性値および接着耐久性の観点から判断して,疎水的なモノマーで構成されることである.しかしながら,疎水的な接着システムは初期の接着強さが低下することから,歯面処理にエタノールウェット法を応用することが求められる.
