| Research Abstract |
歯髄を失った歯は時に歯根破折を生じ、場合によっては抜歯に至ることがある。歯根破折には、縦破折と水平破折の2種類がありいずれの場合も憂慮すべきことである。本研究では主に水平破折に主眼をおき、破折部位の応力集中状態を有限要素法および抜去歯を用いた模型実験で調べた。その結果,歯の土台(支台築造)の材料、クラウンの材料およびセメントの物性が応力集中状態に大きな影響を及ぼすことが明らかとなった。
