Research Abstract	我々は、自家癌細胞株とそのCTLのペアの樹立を行い。CTLによる自家癌特異的破壊機構の解析を行った。その結果、HLA-A24とHLA-A33に各々拘束性を持つCTLクローンの樹立に成功した。現在、これらのCTLクローンが認識している抗原について解析中である。また、樹立したHLA-A24とHLA-A33のCTLクローンと自家癌細胞株を共培養し、CTLクローンに認識されない自家癌細胞株を樹立した。これらについてDNAアレイを行ったところ、複数の遺伝子で違いが見られた。これら遺伝子の違いが腫瘍免疫における免疫逃避に関わっている可能性があるため現在解析中である。これらの解析が進むことで口腔癌における癌ワクチン療法の発展につながる可能性がある。そして癌ワクチン療法が口腔癌に対する新たな治療戦略を立てる上で重要な役割を果たし、口腔癌患者のQOLに寄与する可能性が高い。
