Research Abstract

舌下神経核には、呼吸リズムに同期して活動するニューロン(呼吸性オトガイ舌筋ニューロン)と嚥下時に活動するニューロン(嚥下性オトガイ舌筋ニューロン)が存在する。我々は呼吸性オトガイ舌筋ニューロンの局在領域をマッピングするとともに、その領域のサブスタンスP陽性軸索終末は生後7日がピークになっていることを報告した。本研究では舌下神経核に対するサブスタンスPによる神経調節機構について超微細構造の検討を行った。
