Research Abstract	平成18〜19年度に、1自治体で行われた生活習慣病予防を目的とした個別的継続運動・栄養プログラムについて、プログラム参加者と非参加者を比較する効果評価研究を行った。参加者は、参加時よりプログラム終了後・1年後の、腹囲、BMI、HbA1c、中性脂肪が低値だった。非参加者と比較すると、参加時には、参加者の中性脂肪が高くSF-36の身体機能得点が低かったが、1年後には有意差がなく、プログラムの効果が示唆された。
