Outline of Annual Research Achievements

意味記憶ネットワークの脳内神経基盤解明のため包括的研究を推進した。術前評価に硬膜下電極を慢性留置した難治てんかん外科患者で研究に同意を得た者を対象とした。皮質電気刺激による言語野マッピング結果から側頭葉底面言語野の脳回毎および前後方向での言語・意味処理の機能差異を明らかにした（国内学会発表）。刺激介入による複数の言語課題の言語マッピングの主成分分析から中核の言語・意味記憶機能を抽出し、その脳内結合様式から、意味記憶についての機能解剖学的分布について発表した（国内学会発表）。意味記憶の側頭葉底面内での時間解剖学的な情報処理のモデルを構築し、呼称課題下の皮質脳波活動との相同性を示した（論文発表1報）。類義語判断課題を用いた皮質脳波記録により側頭葉前方領域の意味処理機能の重要性を明らかにした（国内学会発表）。意味記憶ネットワーク動態の解明のため、電気的白質線維追跡法(CCEP）によるネットワークマッピングの症例を蓄積した。背側言語経路の術中マッピングについて全身麻酔下のCCEPへの影響ついて発表した（論文発表１報）。言語ネットワークの動態解析として、呼称課題下の皮質脳波に自然言語処理を応用し、言語情報と皮質脳波データの言語関連領域間のコヒーレンス解析により、単語レベルの意味情報から脳内での結合形式を推定し、各脳波律動の有用性と動態を明らかにした（論文発表1報）。意味記憶のハブ領域切除後の機能代償機転の解明について、難治側頭葉てんかん患者11例において、経時的な意味記憶評価を行い、側頭葉前方領域の意味記憶の機能可塑性につき明らかにし、引き続き論文準備中である。社会性表象についての神経心理課題を設定し、てんかん患者おいて検査症例の蓄積を行った。
