Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
1.We studied the covert communications with a finite blocklength over AWGN channels, and developed the corresponding theoretical framework for performance evaluations. 2. We developed a joint half-duplex/full-duplex mode for covert communications in a two-hop wireless relaying system. The related covert capacity modeling and maximization issues were also explored. 3. We designed relay/jammer selection protocol for covert communication in two-hop multi-relay wireless systems and provided theoretical analysis on covert capacity. 4.We explored a new secure wireless communication paradigm where the covertness and secrecy properties are jointly guaranteed, and conducted theoretical analysis on covert secrecy capacity. We further extended this new paradigm to the active attacker scenario.
