One of the research project members (Dr LEE Mihwa) has published a refereed research article in Japanese as follows: LEE Mihwa (2021).The actual situation and role of Japanese restaurants in Beijing, China" Bulletin of Osaka Seikei University, No. 7, 2021, pp 15-23. The other two members could not conduct any research activities during AY2020 due to Covid-19.
