Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Electric vehicle (EV) chargers are classified into wired and wireless charging. The system volume and converter losses are increased because the output power of the EV charger becomes higher and higher. Moreover, a leakage magnetic field is increased in wireless chargers. This research has developed highly efficient and downsizing method for high output power EV chargers including the reduction method of the leakage magnetic fields for the wireless charging. The developed methods contribute to the widespread use of EV chargers with highly utility and safety.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
電気自動車(EV)向け充電器は有線充電とワイヤレス充電に分類できる。EV充電器は年々大容量化が要求されており,システム体積の増加と損失増加に加え,ワイヤレス式充電器においては漏えい磁界の増加が問題となる。本研究では,有線充電とワイヤレス充電の大容量化に向けて小型かつ高効率なEV充電器を実現する手法を開発した。特にワイヤレス式充電は漏えい磁界低減手法も開発し,ワイヤレス充電を含めEV充電器の省スペース化とエネルギーロス低減が実現し,利便性および安全性が向上した。
