| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
２０１９年５月のシドニーで行われたEast-West Philosophy Forum で、本研究の基調論文となるCross-Linguistic Disagreement in Philosophy を発表した。また、同年１１月に北京で開催されたInternational Conference on Language, Truth, and Epistemologyにおいて、本研究の主要成果の一つとなる論文、Knowledge and Truth Condition from the Perspective of Linguistic Diversityを発表した。
また、Knowledge how の実験哲学的研究One more twist - Knowledge How and Ability が国際雑誌Epistemeに掲載が決まった。これはknowledge how のcross-linguistic な研究からの派生であり、そのもととなる共著論文Knowing How and Two Knowledge Verbs in Japaneseを含む論文集Ethno-Epistemology が、Routledgeから出版されることも決まった。これは、Cross-Linguistic Disagreement をテーマにした国際会議の前提となる論文集であるが、２０２０年６月に開催される予定であったこの会議についても発表者の公募、選考を行い、プログラムを決定すべく動いていた。
（この会議は、新型コロナウイルスの影響で、２０２０年３月、延期が決定した。）

Reason
上述のように、本研究の中心的役割を演じるはずであった国際会議Cross-linguistic Disagreement が新型コロナウイルスの影響で延期となったため、研究もそれに伴い遅延せざるを得なくなった。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
上述の国際会議Cross-Linguistic Disagreement については２０２１年６月開催を目途に調整中であるが、オンライン会議となる可能性もある。いずれにしても、この会議をもとにした論文集を編集、出版することを目指すことには変わりない。また、そのためにもその論文集の序文扱いとなる問題提起的論文を２０２０年度中に執筆したい。

２０２０年の国際会議の協力者および基調講演者が増え、支出額が多くなることが決まったため。使用計画としては、研究協力者および基調講演者の旅費、宿泊費に充てる。
