Outline of Final Research Achievements

There are three types of cooperation between community and school in succession of folk performing arts: the type in which school and local community cooperate each other (collaborative type), the type in which school and local community are separated to pass on folk performing arts (separate type). and the type that is handed down only at school (school-only type). In the school succession of folk performing arts, the thought of the community about folk performing arts succession and the issues of how schools should accept folk performing arts are intertwined, and school and local community are searching for a form of sustainable folk performing arts succession suitable for the situation of each site.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
