The PI completed a number of projects envisioned under the scope of the research project. Projects completed included hosting a webinar series on comparative information law with prominent partners from the US and from China, publishing a book on Information Governance Law (with a leading international publishing company), and completing the text for a comparative patent enforcement treatise to be published by WIPO during this calendar year.

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
Due to the covid-pandemic, the PI could not participate in international conferences and could not schedule in-person interviews with relevant oversea policy makers.

Will continue to work on questions of setting an appropriate open-close strategy going forward.

Due to Covid pandemic, I could not conduct certain business trips that were envisioned under the original project timeline.
