Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research work is to analyze effects of the policy for diffusing photovoltaic power generation and battery electric vehicles by connecting them with smart grids. This research work clarifies by estimating future valuation parameters in that taxes on registering vehicles exert strong effects on the diffusion of environmentally friendly vehicles in Japan’s auto market because consumers place more emphasis on future costs more than they do on purchase costs. Further, this research work shows that consumers also emphasize future costs in the demand structure of photovoltaic power generation.
