Outline of Annual Research Achievements

最終年度の研究実績としては、マレーシア・クアラルンプールで2022年6月に開催された国際学会(Global Conference on Business & Social Science)で報告を行った。報告タイトルは、Promoter Score Japan as a New Framework to Measure Loyalty of Japanese Marketである。本報告に対して、Distinguished Academic Awardが与えられた。
