Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The effects of peel oil of citrus fruits on psycological stress suppressant and on psycological stress relaxation were investigated at human lebel in order to elucidate the effect of the citrus fruits grown in Kumamoto prefecture on psycological stress reduction. It was suggested that an examination for Uchida Kraepelin was appropriate as psycological stress load technique. In the citrus fruits used in this study, kumquat had most remarkable psycological stress reduction effect.

本研究によって熊本県産カンキツのストレス低減効果が明らかになった。これにより、カンキツの新たな付加価値として消費拡大に寄与するとともに、ストレス軽減手段や精神統一手段として提案することができる。さらに、長期的なストレスによって引き起こされる生活習慣病のリスク低減にも寄与する可能性がある。
