Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
This year we communicated with the public about our research and activities as much as possible. We gave an invited lecture on sustainable development, visited a public high school to introduce our work, and held 3 local public lectures and workshops related to our games and worked hard to complete Japanese and English versions of our second major game, "Flow." We also completed game instructions for both games in Japanese and English.

Current Status of Research Progress |
Current Status of Research Progress
3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
Three of co-investigators for our project moved to different universities and countries and thus are no-longer co-located at the main university where this project is situated. This made communication and coordination more difficult. Still, we could complete production of the game we worked on together this academic year.
|
Strategy for Future Research Activity |
In the coming year, we plan to run workshops around our game called "FLOW," and we will also complete development of the project's final game "do.ko.da." We will also plan to publish and present information to the public about our game design processes and educational results.
|
Causes of Carryover |
We will have various costs associated with distributing our existing games and finishing our final game. We also intend to hold workshops which may require travel and other expenses.
